Improving e-commerce and sustainable urban logistics: Take part in the CodeZERO survey and workshop

CodeZERO project is developing policy recommendations and a toolkit to support local authorities addressing how cities can improve on e-commerce and sustainable urban logistics. 

To inform this work, CIVITAS invites local govermnets to complete a short survey designed to identify how cities are currently managing these topics.The survey explores:

  • Who is responsible for sustainable urban logistics and e-commerce in your administration
  •  Hpw departments coordinate efforts
  • Which policies and levers you use to facilitate the development sustainable delivery models
  • Whether social implications of e-commerce are considered
  • To what extent citizen engagement is part of the process

Please submit your survey until 16 June 2025. Estimated time to complete the survey is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Join us on 19 June 2025, from 9:00 to 11:30 CEST, for an online workship where we'll explore which levers cities should prioritise to better plan for sustainable logistics in the context of growing e-commerce.
