Registration opens for the CIVITAS Forum 2021

Park Aachen

Hosted by Aachen (Germany), this year’s event will take place on 20–21 October and use a hybrid format (online and in-person).

The Forum gathers the leading figures in urban mobility from across Europe: hundreds of city representatives, practitioners, policymakers and academics will debate on and seek solutions to the most pressing problems in the field.

The 18th edition of the CIVITAS Initiative’s flagship conference focuses on “Smart routes towards climate-neutral cities”. This builds on the European Commission’s mission to create 100 climate-neutral cities by 2030.

What is the role of mobility and transport in meeting this goal? How do smart mobility and climate-neutral mobility relate to each other? And what support do local authorities require – from the private sector, the European Commission, and each other – to create the smart and climate-neutral cities the world needs?

Register now to examine these questions together with Europe's clean transport commmunity and hear inspiring stories on smart and sustainable mobility featuring forward-thinking cities, people and projects.

Sign up here - participation is free for all! Visit the CIVITAS Forum 2021 webpage for more information on host city Aachen. Further details on the programme and Forum speakers will appear there in the near future.
