To join the network, please send a short message to civinet_deutschsprachig [at] civitas [dot] eu so that we can add you to our email distribution list. We are an informal network with no membership fees or other obligations.

CIVINET DSR provides a framework for exchange between urban actors in German across national borders and institutional barriers. Members of the CIVINET DSR network receive targeted information on current developments in the CIVITAS initiative and EU transport and funding policy. Through exchanges with colleagues, members gain first-hand insights into different approaches to sustainable urban transport development. They also receive information about CIVITAS funding and participation opportunities. The CIVINET DSR offers network members the opportunity to learn more about the concepts and experiences of other cities and to find out about and discuss European transport policy and planning and its impact on their own situation.

CIVINET DSR's activities include events on urban mobility planning, newsletters on current transport policy issues and relevant EU funding instruments, and virtual formats for exchanging examples of successful planning practices.
