CIVINET Czech and Slovak Republics

The CIVINET Czech and Slovak Republics is a network of cities, regions, and other partners devoting to sustainable mobility. We support sustainable modes of transport: pedestrian, bicycle, public, forms of shared transport and clean mobility. The cross-cutting themes are integrated transport planning, mobility management and comprehensive coverage of sustainable urban mobility via the creation of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (so-called SUMPs).

The CIVINET offers membership and partnership to entities actively involved in sustainable transport planning and interested in gaining inspiration and further education in this area, as well as those interested in networking and information exchange. We monitor and respond to current topics, organize seminars, workshops, conferences and excursions.
