Summary

This website is Sweden’s leading source for facts on environmentally classified cars, light and heavy trucks, clean fuels, and the regulation of and incentives for clean vehicles. It will be developed and updated regularly with more information, for example about electric vehicle charging. Website development will be informed by a stakeholder dialogue that will identify any user needs not currently apparent.

Implementing sustainable mobility

Miljöfordon.se is a Swedish national information service about clean vehicles and fuels. The website was launched in 1999 and is now a leading source of information for clean vehicle buyers in Sweden.

It allows users to find facts about environmentally classified passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and heavy trucks, clean fuels, and the regulation of and incentives for clean vehicles.

The aim of the service is to disseminate knowledge and information about clean vehicles, fuels, and other relevant facts to buyers and drivers of clean vehicles.

The website should make it easier for potential vehicle buyers to choose clean vehicles and find clean fuels. It is maintained by the City of Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

During ECCENTRIC, the website will be filled with further content on clean lorries and vehicles. To ensure further website development is in line with user needs, a stakeholder dialogue will be held. This will help the website achieve its aim to become a comprehensive, user-friendly information source for clean vehicles.

The portal is connected to charging maps. The way the maps are shown on the page has been improved, increasing usability. The portal now also provides information to housing associations on the charging of electric vehicles.
