Preparation of consolidation and co-transport of deliveries to municipal recipients. Preparation consists of a pre-study including mapping and analysing of existing flows and recipients, design of consolidation setup and business model including connection to e-business system. A political decision based on the pre-study can be followed by implementation including preparations and procurement.
