Webinar on ‘Engaging Stakeholders in Sustainable Urban Freight Initiatives: An International Perspective’ promoted by Center of Excellence for Sustainable Urban Freight Systems (CoE-SUFS).
The CoE-SUFS is dedicated to investigating new ways of infusing sustainability and efficiency into the way businesses send and receive goods. The Peer-to-Peer Exchange Program is designed to share global best practice cases and real world examples of sustainable urban freight systems. This program is open to anyone with a professional or a personal interest in freight transportation issues. Professional Development Hours will be provided to those interested.
The webinar will present a framework for initiating, forming and managing stakeholder engagement through freight partnerships and other relevant initiatives. On-going activities regarding partnerships around the world will be presented based on the results of an international survey that covered responses from ten countries.
