The City of Bologna joined the European Mobility Week again in 2009, and organised initiatives and events over the whole city with the purpose of promoting sustainable mobility modalities and presenting to the citizens provisions and plans that were in the pipeline.These events, supported by the Municipality of Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna Region, also acted as a platform to announce the MIMOSA project and the CIVITAS Initiative to the citizens: A roadshow took place and a conference was held to promote and disseminate the aim of the project and the measures that are planned.
