PUMAS Project - Final Conference

The final PUMAS Conference entitled “Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans: the PUMAS experience” will be held in Venice (I) on May 12th, 2015.
Partners from five countries of the Alpine Space (Austria, France, Germany, Italy and Slovenia) and the Alpine Space Programme invite you to discover the results of the PUMAS project.
The Conference will be the occasion to discuss outcomes, lessons learnt and recommendations of the project through the presentation of the seven developed Pilot Activities and the sharing of SUMP-related practices in the Alpine Space.
Guests of the Conference will be Anne Séverine Lay (Joint Secretariat of the Alpine Space Programme), Christof Marx (Project Advisor at the EC-EASME), Paolo Gandolfi (Representative of the Italian Parliament-Transport Commission) and Jan Bembennek (Responsible of the SUMP of Bremen).
The two afternoon sessions will be chaired by Simone Bosetti (CIVITAS WIKI, moderator of the Integrated Planning Thematic Group).
First of all, stakeholder involvement will be discussed in the session “From theory to practice-SUMP in the city experience”.
Then, a panel discussion based on PUMAS recommendations will take place in the “Moving forward” session.
