Public presentation of new hybrid cars for the fleet of Horários do Funchal

This public event was related to the introduction of Sustainable Fleets in Funchal. This event aimed to introduce the first integrated strategy for a renewal of public and private fleets in Madeira. This will improve the distribution of alternative fuels and environmentally friendly technologies on the island. The event also created greater knowledge of green vehicles in the market place, bringing green technologies in the environmental and energy conserving benefits to public awareness. The event also included a demonstration and test-drive of hybrid consumer cars from Honda and Toyota.
