CIVITAS projects UPPER, SPINE and AMIGOS are co-hosting the webinar, Improving Public Transport for a Changing Urban Landscape. The webinar is to be held online on 24 October 2024, 10:00-13:00.

European cities redesign urban space to improve the quality of life for citizens and visitors, but also to address the climate change emergency. Mobility as a basic human right puts public transport as the spine of the local mobility offer. This is central to any modern urban space redesign. Four cities from the SPINE (Las Palmas and Gdynia) and UPPER (Mannheim and Lisbon) projects will present their experiences to date in improving the mobility offer and addressing local urban space.

Moreover, the AMIGOS project will present how one its cities addresses the urban space redesign, within the scope of the needs and expectations of certain social categories.
