The Municipality of Bologna joined in the 2010 European Mobility Week. Initiatives and events took place in the entire city from the 16th to the 22nd of September 2010, with the purpose of promoting sustainable mobility and presenting proposed plans and initiatives to its citizens. The events focused on cycling and promotion of walking and public transport. Moreover, new services and opportunities to practice sustainable mobility were presented to citizens, in keeping with the focal theme of this edition:“Travel Smarter, Live Better” - see the attached programme.
