This workshop aims to encourage exchange between the six CIVITAS DESTINATION project cities (Funchal, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Valletta, Elba, Rethymno and Limassol) and Chinese cities - with a particular focus on Beijing and Shenzhen - on their sustainable transport experiences.

The DESTINATIONS cities will also meet leading Chinese companies implementing innovative sustainable urban transport solutions in Chinese cities.

The main cross-fertilization topics will be: electric/Alternative Energy Vehicles; mobility sharing; integrated mobile payment solutions; mobile apps; SMART solutions; and innovative unique mobility management and transport planning solutions, such as connected/autonomous vehicles.
