On 18 September 2012 ENERQI and the CIVINET UK and Ireland Network jointly held the 'Developing Quality within Public Transport' event at Lancashire County Council's County Hall, Preston.
ENERQI is a project co-funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe programme of the European Commission which analyses public transport passenger views to gauge the quality of services and examines how best to implement results from this monitoring.
Together, ENERQI and CIVINET UK and Ireland showcased best practise in developing quality public transport services through presentations involving public transport operators, local authorities and passenger organisations.
