Behavioural insights & choice design in urban mobility policies

City representatives are invited to attend the upcoming SCALE-UP webinar, “Behavioural Insights & Choice Design in Urban Mobility Policies”, organised by EUROCITIES. The event will take place online, on Tuesday, 25 February 2025, 14:00–16:00 CET.
The webinar will feature three keynote presentations from experts and practitioners who apply behavioural approaches to mobility policies and specific interventions. Additionally, a roundtable discussion will bring together representatives from Antwerp, Madrid, and Turku, which will share insights from measures tested and implemented as part of theSCALE-UP project. These measures include:
- Mobility management during large events
- Incorporating incentives & nudges into travel planners or digital platforms
- Using seasonal factors to encourage behaviour change
- Infrastructure changes to promote a shift towards sustainable mobility
The webinar will conclude with a general discussion involving all contributors and the audience on how behavioural insights can enhance urban mobility policies and contribute to a more sustainable future.
