Sliven (Bulgaria)

Sliven is a city of 116,000 inhabitants, located in the province of Sliven in southeast Bulgaria. It is the eighth largest city in Bulgaria and is situated 300 km east of Bulgaria’s capital Sofia, 100 km from Burgas, and 130 km from the border with Greece and Turkey. The city is eager for developing its public transport services.

The city is well known for its mineral baths, which are used to treat liver and nervous system diseases.
