Recommendations for better urban policy making

This publication presents policy recommendations coming from practical CIVITAS experiences, with the final aim to improve policy making and policy planning in the future and support future CIVITAS-type actions. The recommendations are formulated at two levels, i) on local level, for policy makers and practitioners in cities and regions across Europe, and ii) on EU level, to inform the policy making by the Commission and the European Institutions.
