Payment for the entry of vehicles into the city center in 2003, first introduced in London, followed by Stockholm, followed by several other European cities. In Ljubljana, the project Civitas Elan improved the environment with some other measures. Ljubljana has been updated with five hybrid buses and at bus stops they set up a mechanism which displays the arrivals of the buses and developed an information tool for the prediction of arrivals, in the pedestrian zone we also provide free transportation of two electric vehicles.
