CIVITAS Forum 2018 - Call for Exhibitors
About the Forum Conference
The annual CIVITAS Forum Conference is the CIVITAS Initiative's flagship event. Each year it gathers up to 500 participants from a diverse community of policymakers, practitioners, academics, and city representatives to debate pressing topics surrounding sustainable urban mobility and witness the pioneering solutions bringing cleaner, better transport to Europe.
This year's Forum is the 16th edition and is taking place from 19-21 September 2018 in Umeå, Sweden.
Call for Exhibitors open
This call invites projects, organisations, and businesses - both CIVITAS and non-CIVITAS - to exhibit their mobility products, tools, and methods at this year's event. The full call document is below.
Why exhibit at the Forum?
The Forum is an ideal opportunity for projects, organisations, and business, be they larger in size or smaller start-ups, to interact with local, regional, and national government representatives, as well as delegates from European and international institutions.
Being a Forum exhibitor enables you to showcase your company, project, or organisation’s innovative mobility products, tools, and methods to this prestigious community.
The details
The event is being held at the Folkets Hus - the 'People's House' - in the centre of Umeå. The Forum will make full use of the space on the venue's first and third floors.
Exhibition space is free for ‘CIVITAS’ exhibitors, including all Living Lab projects - click here - and research projects - click here. Otherwise, a lot costs 400 SEK (EUR 38.50) per square meter. Exhibition spaces of various sizes are available.
Regardless of size, each space will include a table, chairs, and plug access.
