Workshop in Porto on Project Performance - Integrated Management Systems
On 22th January 2010, the workshop “Project Performance - Integrated Management Systems (IMS)” related to measure Mobile mobility information, will take place in Porto. All the partners involved in the measure and other coordinators of the project will be present.
The workshop is part of the Focused Process Evaluation Form and its main objective is to collect data relating to the last year of the project. There will also be an analysis associated with the drivers and barriers experienced by the people involved in the research and development of the measure. The workshop has the following programme:1) Description of events occurred during the first year of project;2) Perception of barrier, drivers and all actions taken by all people involved;3) Reflection and discussion about the occurrences identified;4) Definition of some active actions to reduce the barriers identified.This kind of workshop will take place every year for three focus measures, lightweight hybrid bus shuttle, participatory planning for new intermodal interchange and mobile mobility information.
