Vote for a cambio car in your neighbourhood
People from Ghent who want to take up car sharing can now vote for their own car sharing place in their neighbourhood! Ghent and Cambio thereby want to figure out how much interest there is among inhabitants for new car sharing places.
Already 1,300 inhabitants in Ghent are car sharing with Cambio. But not everybody has a car sharing opportunity in the vicinity of their house. Through an online questionnaire on www.cambio.be or www.civitasgent.be, people can vote for a place in their neighbourhood. The winner will be the neighbourhood with the most votes and a car sharing place will be installed. As an incentive to vote, participants can win a free annual pass (value €131). Friends and family can also vote. The initiative is supported by community-based planning. They will spread the news via different channels, including Facebook.
