Second MODERN political and scientific meeting to take place in Brescia
The City of Brescia is delighted to host the second Political Meeting and Road Show of the MODERN Project on May 11, 2010. The meeting will tackle the role of Public Transport in the future of urban mobility:innovation, financing and marketing.
The meeting will draw together key stakeholders of the sustainable mobility domain from the public, private and academic sector in an effort to raise awareness and inform the citizenship and the media on the objectives and targets set by the cities participating in the CIVITAS Initiative. The event, organised in two distinct but complementary sessions, will see the participation of the political representatives of the MODERN consortium and of the Italian CIVITAS PLUS hosted cities at a morning round table moderated by an expert on sustainable mobility. The afternoon will be dedicated to the structural and technical aspects of Clean Public Transport and to the innovative services provided by Infomobility, through the presentation of the experiences of the Italian cities participating in CIVITAS PLUS. Detailed information about the programme and speakers will be confirmed in the coming weeks. For any query please contact MODERN PDM a [dot] besana [at] methodos [dot] com
