Learning history workshops in Zagreb

CIVITAS Initiative

During October there were four learning history workshops organised in Zagreb for partners on measures concerning congestion charging and dialogue on pricing, mobility management for large institutions, freight delivery restrictions and public transport priority and traveller information measures.

The workshops were organised by measure leaders from Zagreb faculty of transport, partners had an opportunity to estimate the value of their collaborative experience. Partners discussed and identified strengths and weaknesses in communication amongst each other. Learning history methodology will hopefully help to prevent some mistakes in communicating in future and give incentives to maintain the positive aspects of partner collaboration so far. Partners discussed and mapped opportunities and threats when it comes to external chances and elements that they came across up to this point in implementing CIVITAS ELAN project in Zagreb. They also talked about learned lessons and agreed on future activities regarding measures. All partners involved agreed that learning history methodology was very useful for improving partner communication and collaboration on CIVITAS ELAN project in Zagreb and also for identifying problems, as well as examples of good practice during project implementation so far.
