The CIVITAS Secretariat hereby invites CIVITAS Forum cities to apply for the 6th annual CIVITAS Awards competition. The CIVITAS Award is an integral part of the CIVITAS Initiative that provides an invaluable opportunity to highlight the successes of the most outstanding, ambitious and innovative activities in the field of sustainable urban mobility.

Through the Award, examples of progressive sustainable urban mobility policy making and implementation are showcased and promoted to the press. This in turn inspires other cities and provides models to guide and stimulate the further development of sustainable mobility initiatives in Europe. To see your commitment and efforts recognized at European level and be rewarded during a prestigious ceremony, join the CIVITAS Award competition now and become an ambassador of European excellence in sustainable mobility.The CIVITAS Award is open to all cities that have signed the CIVITAS declaration and are a member of the CIVITAS Forum Network. If your city is not a Forum member yet, please complete and sign the CIVITAS Forum declaration.The Award incorporates three categories. The first and third are open to CIVITAS’ demonstration cities, the second to non-demonstration cities.
