Genoa Van Sharing service
Thanks to CIVITAS CARAVEL project, on September 22nd, 2005, in Genoa, during the Car Sharing Open Day within the European Mobility Week, an agreement among Genova Car Sharing, the Municipality of Genoa and the Commerce and Crafts Categories’ Associations on Van Sharing service has been signed. According with this new service, some vans included in the car sharing service can be used by the shopkeepers for their goods delivery service at a discounted price.
Van sharing is Genoa car sharing service at convenient prices for all the economic operators (traders and craftsmen), who work in the historical centre area liable to access restriction for goods distribution.It is a flexible service: the access timetable to the historical centre area for those who use van sharing service will be from 7.00 am to 5.00 p.m. at every working day.It is an environment respectful service: van sharing vehicles will meet Municipality of Genoa anti-pollution rules’ requirements (bi-fuel or hybrid).Visit CIVITAS CARAVEL Genoa websiteDownload Genoa van sharing service leaflet (in Italian)
