The European Commission hosted a Conference on Urban Mobility at its Charlemagne Building in Brussels within the framework of the European Union Sustainable Energy Week, on Wednesday 24 March.
The conference consisted of high-level interventions from representatives of the European Commission, the Spanish Presidency, the European Parliament and the Committee of the Regions, followed by a lively panel discussion between stakeholder representatives and the audience on the subject of integrated transport, perspectives for public transport, and freight delivery in cities within the context of the Action Plan on Urban Mobility.
