Ethics of new generation data and evaluation of vulnerable groups

The EMPOWER project will hold a workshop on the ethics of new generation data and evaluation of vulnerable groups
EMPOWER is pleased to announce it will be hosting its next workshop at Canvas Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain on Monday 10th July.
The workshop will be EMPOWER’s fourth in an ongoing series of workshops, and will be focused on ethics of new generation data and evaluation of vulnerable groups. At the end of the workshop:
- Participants will have an improved understanding and skills in recognising and mitigating ethical issues concerning the use of individuals’ location based data and other sensitive primary data.
- Participants will have expanded understanding and skills in identifying and evaluating vulnerable groups in the data
- Participants will have clearer and better developed plans on demonstrating the EMPOWER KPI concerning urban accessibility and attractiveness, customer/user satisfaction and vulnerable groups
The workshop is intended for EMPOWER TUCs, EMPOWER Living Lab stakeholders, TUC subcontractors, Follower Cities/Organisations, Lighthouse projects & CIVITAS members.
