BUMP - Boosting Urban Mobility Plans
Steering cities towards sustainable mobility
BUMP offers cities and towns with populations ranging from 40.000 to 350.000 in 9 EU countries a comprehensive package to support them in the integrated planning of sustainable mobility of people and goods in urban areas.
BUMP’s package envisages training tailored to the needs of local authorities; sharing of know-how and expertise across Europe; professional multi-sector help and advice in each country for the development of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMPs); international promotion of BUMP pioneering cities and towns participating in the project.
BUMP is funded by the European Commission through the IEE Intelligent Energy Europe Programme and supports local authorities in Italy, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary.
