On 22 January 2010, the workshop “Project Performance - Intergrated Management Systems (IMS)”, related to the measure ”Mobile mobility information” took place in the city of Porto. The workshop saw the participation of all the partners involved on the measure and other coordinators of the project. This workshop was part of the Focused Process Evaluation Form and its main objective was to collect some data related with the last year of the project. There was also an analysis associated with the drivers and barriers experienced by the people involved in the research and development of the measure. The workshop programme: 1) Description of events occurred during the first year of project; 2) Perception of barrier, drivers and all actions taken by all people involved; 3) Reflection and discussion about the occurrences identified; 4) Definition of some active actions to reduce the barriers identified.
