Attracting & Retaining Customers! CIVITAS MIMOSA’s fifth interactive one-day workshop in Tallinn was open to CIVITAS members, transport professionals, business interests, local government, students and environmental organisations. It was organised in cooperation with Interactions, Tallinn Transport Department & CIVITAS CATALIST. Admission was free. The workshop explored innovative quality & communications management practices. The workshop looked at a variety of themes:
- Tried & Tested Frameworks: Find out how the results of the EC project QUATTRO have been developed into universal transport standards for service quality (EN 13816)
- The Psychology of Customer Satisfaction
- A Site Visit with a difference: Learn to view PT from a customer perspective
- Develop a Quality Model for Service Delivery: Follow up Interactive Development Session
- Monitoring and Measurement of Service Quality: Develop a quality audit system and customer charter for PT
- Communications & Branding
