International Seminar on Cycling Policies and Peer-review exercise in conjunction with the CIVINET Spain and Portugal Annual Forum

Between the 25th and 27th of February 2015, Malaga hosted an International seminar on Cycling Policies, in the framework of the 2MOVE2 project annual meeting and the CIVINET Spain and Portugal Annual Forum.

The seminar focused on different soft and hard measures implemented for the cycling deployment. It counted with the participation of different cities such as Utrecht, the 2MOVE2 project partners cities (Stuttgart, Tel-Aviv Yafo and Brno), as well as Burgos, Madrid, Torres Vedras and A Coruña, as members of the CIVINET Spain & Portugal network.

In conjuction with this seminar, a peer-review execercise between Malaga and Utrecht on "How to improve the cycling network of the city of Malaga" was also organized on the 26th February. The preliminary report, presentations and the final report peer-review activity are also available in the dowload area.

The event is organized in collaboration with the CIVITAS Thematic Groups “Safety and Security”, “Car Independent Lifestyles” and the EU Project PTP Cycle.
