International Conference on Sustainable Transport – SUTRA 2022

The first edition of the International Conference on Sustainable Transport - SuTra 2022 is going to be held in Opatija, Croatia on 29 September - 01 October, 2022. The conference is jointly organized by the Faculty of Maritime Studies, Rijeka (Croatia) and University North, Koprivnica (Croatia). Support and participation of more than 20 institutions and companies from the transport and maritime sector is expected.
The intention is to bring together key stakeholders in the transport sector (maritime, rail, road and air) to interdisciplinary discuss the sustainable future of transport. The conference will have an academic program with presentations from international scientists divided into several sessions, as well as interesting panels and round tables hosting speakers from businesses and government. The conference will be held live and onsite to allow networking of participants and open the gates for a return to the "old normal".
The main venue of the conference is Hotel Ambasador***** in Opatija, and participants can enjoy special discounts on their accommodation at Hotel Ambasador or Hotel Imperial****.
Prospective authors
Prospective authors are cordially invited to submit their abstract no later than 01 June, 2022. Authors will have the chance to submit their full papers to the supporting journals Sustainability (WoS, CC), Logistics (WoS, ESCI) and Pomorstvo (WoS, ESCI). Pomorstvo is an open-access journal without publishing fees, while authors whose papers are accepted to Sustainability or Logistics will benefit from 20% reduction on publishing fee.
