CIVITAS VANGUARD organised in cooperation with CIVITAS MIMOSA a training workshop on external communication techniques to effectively distribute messages about sustainable urban mobility. The training provided: review of relevant communications techniques, tips & tricks for effective external communication, interactive discussion and hands-on exercises and a “Spotlight on” measure-specific examples. It also served as a basis for the development of a Communication Tool Kit. All the presentations and the outcomes of the training are available for download.
