The TU Berlin Academy is pleased to announce its new Certificate Course Digitalizing Mobility: Practices, Trends, Solutions. Academy TU Berlin is the newest member of CIVITAS Educational Network, represented by Dr. Massimo Moraglio. The course asks key questions, such as:

👉How can you get the tools to manage digitalization in mobility?

👉 How can you manage digitalization, combining environmental and financial sustainability?

👉 What role does AI play in transport (and what role will it play in the future)?

The certificate course Digitalizing Mobility is designed for those seeking innovative solutions to the challenges of digitalization in the transportation sector. The course places a strong emphasis on fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, encouraging participants to take a fresh and unconventional approach to addressing mobility challenges associated with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).

The course is run by TU Berlin Academy (both in English and German, according to the participants` choice) with a TU Berlin Certificate of Professional Education (3 ECTS), and with a discounted fee, thanks to the support of EIT Urban Mobility. Participants from non-governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, government authorities, as well as TU Berlin alumni receive a further discount! The course is recognized as Bildungsurlaub.

Dates

This certificate course comprises a phase of guided self-study, followed by a phase of intensive, in-person sessions in Berlin.
Course schedule:

  • May 07, 2024 (virtual classroom sessions), 2 hours
  • May 08 – 26, 2024 self-study, includes open consultation on May 14, 2024 and May 21, 2024 in the afternoon
  • May 27 – 31, 2024 (on-site in Berlin)

The next online meeting of the CIVITAS Educational Network will take place in January 2024. During that meeting, the 2024 activities plan for the network will be presented and a new call for interest in collaboration with CIVITAS will be launched.
