Gorizia (Italy)
Gorizia is located in northeastern Italy, at the foot of the Alps and on the border with Slovenia. The local center of tourism, industry and commerce focuses on providing better public transport, more pedestrian and cyclist areas, as well as green areas for residents.
Gorizia needs to improve its urban mobility, both in public transport and road system. Our biggest challenge is to create a integrated public transport net with our twin-city Nova Gorica (SLO) within 2025, when Gorizia and Nova Gorica will be European Capital of Culture.
