Piacenza (Italy)

Piacenza, a city in Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, is actively advancing towards sustainable urban mobility. In 2018, the municipality initiated the development of its Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP) and Urban Transport Plan (UTP), later complemented by a dedicated Cycling Mobility Plan, known as the "Biciplan." These initiatives aim to enhance cycling infrastructure, promote public transport usage, and improve overall urban mobility.
