Issy-les-Moulineaux, a commune in the southwestern suburbs of Paris, France, is committed to sustainable urban mobility and transport. As part of the European ELABORATOR project, the city collaborates with partners to design safe, sustainable, and inclusive urban mobility solutions, utilizing mobility data to define monitoring indicators.

Additionally, Issy-les-Moulineaux participates in the ELABORATOR initiative, focusing on innovative mobility solutions to enhance urban travel efficiency and reduce COā‚‚ emissions. In 2017, the city introduced an autonomous shuttle service, demonstrating its dedication to exploring innovative transportation options.

Furthermore, Issy-les-Moulineaux has implemented a smart parking system, providing real-time data to optimize parking and reduce traffic congestion. In 2023, the city inaugurated its first hydrogen refueling station, capable of dispensing up to 200 kg of green hydrogen daily, supporting various vehicle types, including taxis, buses, and trucks.
