New CIVITAS Initiative leaflet available
AMBITIOUS STRATEGIES FOR CLEAN URBAN TRANSPORT IN EUROPE is the title of the 2010 edition of the CIVITAS Initiative leaflet.Its main goal is to inform cities about the CIVITAS Initiative and its implementation of ambitious integrated sustainable urban transport strategies that should make a real difference for the welfare of the European cities.
The new CIVITAS Initiative leaflet provides information about the eight building blocks of an integrated strategy within the CIVITAS Initiative, the CIVITAS Forum Network, which is an active community of over 160 cities, and its main benefits. Furthermore, and as CIVITAS is a project of cities for cities, a selection of CIVITAS measures and activities is given. The CIVITAS Initiative leaflet is available in six languages (English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish) and free for download via the CIVITAS website’s download centre.
