Join Budapest workshop on innovation in bus technology

The European Bus System of the Future 2 (EBSF) project will host a results workshop in Budapest on 9 March 2018.

During the event, some of the project’s test sites will present their latest innovation in bus technology, ranging from energy strategy and auxiliaries to IT standard introduction in existing fleets.

The EBSF project is aimed at developing a new generation of urban bus systems by means of new vehicle technologies and infrastructures, in combination with operational best practices. It started in May 2015 and will run until April 2018. The new vehicle technologies developed in the framework of this project have already been tested in operating scenarios within several European bus networks.

The results workshop in Budapest will provide a platform to local policy makers, bus manufacturers, top-leaders suppliers, and large operators to discuss bus technolog innovation. Moreover, the cities involved in the project will be able to showcase their achievements and share best practices on the topic.

If you wish to attend the workshop, please register before Friday 2 March 2018 at the event page.

More information, including a detailed agenda of the event, will soon be available on the project website.
