Feedback survey on the Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities Mission Work Programme 2026-2027

The EU Mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities aims to deliver 100 climate-neutral and smart cities by 2030, and enable all European cities to follow suit by 2050. The Cities Mission is rooted in the EU Research and Innovation Framework Programme Horizon Europe. Although its activities and support reach far beyond research and innovation, the Mission’s Work Programme under Horizon Europe will remain an essential part of its operation.
The feedback given through this survey will help shape the support provided to the cities, through the activities of the upcoming Cities Mission Work Programme 2026-2027 of Horizon Europe. This survey is open to all City representatives, whether a city is part of the 112 Mission Cities or not. Please note that only one response per city is kindly requested, to help ensure representative feedback.
