CIVITAS Spotlight: CIVITAS Forum 2024 Programme

Spotlight CIVITAS Forum 2024

With the CIVITAS Forum 2024 coming up, this month's CIVITAS Spotlight looks at what is on offer at the event in Parma, Italy.

As the leading sustainable mobility event of the year, the CIVITAS Forum (1-3 Oct) provides the ideal opportunity to hear from the cities, people and projects that are driving innovation in smart, inclusive and sustainable mobility, as well as to exchange and connect with urban mobility changemakers from across Europe.

The event programme offers various types of sessions and interactive elements:

  1. Firstly, the main programme includes plenary sessions, thematic parallel sessions, site visits, a film viewing, networking breaks and a gala dinner.
  2. Secondly, open side events, run by partners and related initiatives - ranging from a SUMPs guidelines update workshop to a focus on mobility skills with the CIVITAS Educational Network - are also open to all but require prior registration (in addition to the main event registration).
  3. Thirdly, closed sessions (invitation only) are also taking place for specifically targeted groups around and during the conference days.

For quick inspiring overview of the programme, watch the Spotlight directly.

For more details of the programme and networking events, read the full programme.

Aside from the programme, participants will be able to network directly with project representatives, politicians and mobility practitioners in and around the exhibition area. Keep in touch with the latest updates, the radio show covering the event and any other event news by following the CIVITAS LinkedIn and X accounts.
