The University of Pardubice is proud member of the CIVITAS Educational Network, and one of the partners working on an exciting new project called CityGO.

The CityGo project aims to develop methodology and materials that enable higher education institutions (like universities) to provide their students with high quality and engaging problem-based learning in a digital environment. Furthermore, these learning programmes will all be in the larger paradigm of sustainable cities.

Project partners are working together to develop a methodology for efficient teaching and learning in collaborative online communities, where students will work to solve particular societal challenges related to sustainable cities. The innovative concept will also offer students and lecturers a digital content library on relevant topics, and a collaborative online platform where members can meet online to work together.

Programme pilots will launch in the spring semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Once the details are ironed-out, an invitation to participate will be extended to students from any higher education institution within the CIVITAS network.

CityGo is an Erasmus+ Project, which is led by Vilnius College of Technologies and Design, and whose partners include Bialystok University of Technology, Maieutica cooperativa de ensino superior crl, University of Flensburg, and University of Pardubice.
