 Applications are now closed.

Students and recent graduates are invited to submit their applications to participate as speakers at the 'Mobility Powered by the Youth Conference'. This is the perfect opportunity for young people active in the field of sustainable mobility to gain presentation experience, exchange ideas and network with likeminded youth and experts.

Speakers will be given the platform to present their urban mobility projects or research, within the scope of past or present internships, hackathons, graduation assignments and more. Presentations should correspond with one of the ten thematic areas of the conference, as listed in the call.

The conference will be held on 19 October 2021 from 14:00-17:30 CET. It will follow a hybrid format, so speakers are invited to contribute remotely or in-person, in Aachen, Germany.

The youth conference is a complementary event to the CIVITAS Forum Conference 2021, which is to be held from 20–21 October 2021 in Aachen. Those selected to speak at the Mobility Powered by the Youth Conference will have free access to all activities during the CIVITAS Forum Conference 2021.

Creative presentations that utilise an interactive format are encouraged.

Applicants will be notified about the outcome of their application by the end of September.
