Call for a CIVINET Annual Plan 2026 now open

The CIVITAS National Networks (CIVINETs) are invited to submit their proposals for the CIVINET Annual Plan 2026 covering the period from January to December 2026. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, 25 November 2025, at 17:00 Brussels time.
This call supports CIVINETs in:
- Acting as ambassadors for European mobility policy by conveying the European Union and European Commission messages to local, regional, and national stakeholders.
- Gathering feedback from members on the challenges they face when implementing EU urban mobility policies or programmes.
- Bridging the gap with CIVITAS Research and Innovation projects, facilitating the take-up and replication of project results in the respective areas of each CIVINET.
Funded activities must add value to the main assets of the CIVITAS Initiative and align with its objectives. Proposed activities should fall under all of the following categories:
- Capacity building: Organising workshops, training sessions, seminars, or webinars aimed at raising awareness among city authorities, policymakers, and practitioners within the CIVINET’s geographical or linguistic region.
- Transfer and take-up: Hosting peer-to-peer exchanges, as they are crucial for facilitating the practical transfer of knowledge and solutions between city authorities, policymakers, and practitioners.
- Communication and dissemination: Producing and distributing CIVINET materials, developing new or existing communication channels, or participating in conferences and events to promote the CIVITAS Initiative and the respective CIVINET.
The call details and application form are available on the Annual Plan webpage.
