GREEN-LOG's solutions for last-mile delivery systems

As e-commerce continues to boom, urban areas are grappling with the challenge of managing logistics efficiently and sustainably. The Horizon Europe co-funded GREEN-LOG project has released an introductory video that showcases innovative solutions designed to transform last-mile delivery systems.

The video showcases GREEN-LOG’s cutting-edge approach to advancing the development of Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS) platforms for interconnected city logistics, automated delivery concepts using autonomous vehicles and delivery droids, cargo bike-based micro-consolidation, and multimodal parcel deliveries that are integrated with public transportation. These solutions are being tested in five European urban Living Labs, specifically in Athens, Barcelona, Flanders, Oxfordshire, and Ispra, and are addressing unique logistical challenges.

Watch the video to learn how GREEN-LOG is paving the way towards zero-emission, efficient, and socially-responsible urban logistics.
