Summary
The citizens of Ruse are not able to plan well their time and travel schedule when using public transport because there is no service providing information about the timetables of the lines, movements or delays etc. In this measure a web service and a mobile application for public transport is developed, implemented and marketed. This is expected to increase the use of public transport by 10% and reliability of it by 15%.
