PORTIS

Summary

The city wants to analyse locations from a more theoretical point of view in terms of possibilities to provide charging infrastructure and possible business models to enrol and operate the infrastructure. In addition, Antwerp wants to start a project that focuses on smart charging infrastructure.

The parking spaces linked to new buildings will be equipped with charging infrastructure as standard. Connectivity between charging infrastructure and reservation systems will be developed to support sharing between the city and local residents.
