Virginia Raggi, the Mayor of Rome, invites you to attend the Second International Conference of VeloCittà, the Platform for Cities & Bike Sharing, which is taking place in the prestigious Protomoteca Hall on Rome's Capitol Hill.
Mayors from cities around Europe will share their experiences on bikes in their cities. The conference will also concentrate on the role that bike share systems can play in city policies and how these systems are evolving and increasingly becoming means for accelerating the growth of more liveable cities for all.
Cities will also be able to meet many bike share providers, as well as specialists in free floating systems and the innovative geo-fence approach, both which represent alternative to docking stations.
The conference also links up with the second Bikeconomy Forum, which is taking place on 17 November 2017. The two events combine to provide a true two-day Roman immersion in the bicycle world.
