REALLOCATE Webinar: Breaking silos in sustainable mobility delivery
Webinar

This webinar brings together perspectives from research, local government and consultancy to explore how organisations can overcome siloed working and enable effective cross-departmental collaboration in sustainable mobility delivery. Drawing on experiences from the REALLOCATE project, the sessions highlight the dynamic nature of collaboration, the challenges arising from differing institutional priorities and processes and the importance of iterative, people-centred approaches.
Contributions demonstrate how piloting, design thinking and tactical urbanism can help build internal alignment and organisational ownership, while also emphasising the critical role of strategic communication in shaping shared narratives, securing buy-in and supporting integrated governance. Overall, the webinar provides practical insights into fostering collaboration across complex organisational environments and embedding new ways of working.
