Durante los días 23 y 24 de mayo de 2013 se celebra en Santander (España) el IVI Forum CiViNET España y Portugal. Además, irá acompañado de la última Asamblea de la Red como proyecto, ya que el viernes 24 la Red se convertirá en Asociación.
El título en general es Smart Cities y Movilidad.
